ABOUT
BRITTANY MONDIDO
A pioneer of the heart guiding humanity into deeper love, healing, self-understanding and sovereignty.
You will resonate with her stories because she speaks on what most don’t and won’t speak about.
THE WHAT
Brittany creates heart-opening spaces and experiences where people awaken and remember who they really are. She is the Author of A Moment in Silence: The Space That Changes Your Life, the Creator of The ARMS Method™ (featured globally and on TEDx), and the Founder of ARM PHHQ®, a pioneered mission dedicated to raising heart consciousness and making life most possible for all. Her work takes many forms whether through spiritual teaching, somatic trauma healing, integrative coaching, channeled writing, conscious music, global initiatives, and so much more—all anchored in the frequency of love.
THE HOW
Brittany’s work is rooted in lived experience and a diverse background that bridges healthcare, leadership, and spiritual practice. With nearly 15 years in the healthcare system and extensive training in trauma healing modalities—including Somatic Experiencing®, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Quantum Energetics, and Eastern Medicine—she brings both depth and practicality to the path of transformation. She has studied with masters such as Gabor Maté, Peter Levine, Richard Schwartz, and the Masters of Shaolin Temple, while also honoring her own ancestral lineage of indigenous healers from the South East Asia.
THE WHY
Brittany’s mission is simple yet profound— and believes love is the culture that reshapes humanity. She is devoted to leaving a legacy of love for future generations. Her own story—marked by loss, resilience, awakenings, and the courage to continuously ‘leave’ everything she has known—fuels her devotion to help others reclaim their own sovereignty.
Personal note
“I care about your heart. I care about you living your fullest expression in this lifetime—whatever that may look like for you. My work is to remind you of who you are beneath it all: the titles, the past, the noise, any pain or suffering—and to continuously invite you into new possibilities by creating spaces for your unfolding.”

Some Things About Britany & Joys of Life . . .
“When I was little, I grew up with heavy bags, speed bags, kick mats and boxing with my dad. Now as I reflect back, I can understand how important it was for us to have this in our home. I have two sisters and I just remember always going downstairs to box and workout. I’d experience heavy emotions and I was always led to the bag. Around this time, I started belly dancing too, and have missed every single “performance” :). It was something I enjoyed yet didn’t feel performing either was something I decided to pursue.
I also grew up around my dad working on cars, in turn it becoming a passion of mine that my old partner and I carried on the tradition and way of life that we’d spend every moment we possibly could working on our next project. I started driving stick in my teenage years, going to the track and became Michael Essa’s co-pioneer during Formula Drift.
And then there comes baking. I love cooking, intuitively, and as I began growing and picking my own ingredients whether in my home or farm-hopping, land gathering, etc. I’d explore new, conscious and clean ways to make my favorite desserts because, I am confident I can live on apple crumb pies and cobblers, warm chocolate chip cookies dipped in milk and brownies. Gratefully, I found new ways to make new treats and it has been a joy. :)
