Meet Brittany.

For more than 15-years in Healthcare and Leadership, to studying psychology and human behavior, to researching the patterns that shape how we think, choose, connect, lead, love, and ultimately build our lives––this is what I do best and love most. People.

My work isn't about giving people more information. It’s about simplifying it and making it digestible to our systems. We can reach high, go deep, and wide—with less information and more intention. Less performance, yet with precision.

And the only way that one can trust that is by developing a deeper relationship with themselves.

I don’t believe in “change that lasts”—because that would mean evolution. I believe in something Greater… something deeper… something juicier, and even more expansive. I believe in Knowing Yourself.

Everything else is meant to be guideposts that lead you to(wards) that.

“When you know yourself, you won’t have that simmering question that keeps your heart at bay. You’d allow yourself into full expression not caring what ‘they’ say.”

My philosophy is living a life that’s yours…

This doesn’t come from following someone else’s story, advice, or blueprint. It comes from being inspired by someone’s story and it pointing you directly to your own.

Throughout my life’s work, I've been on the frontline and have worn many hats (and coats). I’ve led teams, developed leaders, established companies, naturally study and track human behavior for growth, spoken at organizations and educational institutions, and—today—-that work continues through ARM—an award-winning global platform that creates experiences for humans by humans. Our core division is research, training, and development based on these experiences.

For me, it’s not about transformation. It is about evolution and being willing to become something new… and fresh… and real… over and over, again.

The mission stands clear: to bring you closer to yourself and feel empowered to do so; to guide you to you—your life—the one you’ve always seen for yourself—-the one that includes the joy, the pleasure, the wealth, “the crazy idea”, the relationship, the family.

And making it absolutely simple. We are complex beings; my work is making the “hard stuff” simple… tangible… digestible… and real.

and that’s important to me. I care about people’s joy and the lives they live, get to live, or can live.
